JOB TITLE: Receptionist/Front Desk

Full-Time with Stay Late: Monday – FridaySummary of Position:
Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. Obtain referrals for patients requiring one before patient is seen. Receiving payments from patients, updating or entering new patient information in the computer and by scheduling return appointments or physical therapy appointments. Balances charge sheets and payments at end of day. Serves as liaison between patient and medical support staff. Is responsible for petty cash. Assists collection coordinator with collection efforts. Performs other diverse duties as requested or required.
